One of the leading behavioral health software packages in Pennsylvania, ClienTrek started as case management software in 1994.  Today it includes a full range of mental health and mental retardation information.  This includes: mental health, mental retardation, consumer pre-intake, consumer liability calculation, consumer and staff scheduling, case management, diagnostic library, contract management, consumer file library, PA POMS tracking and reporting, HIPAA compliant security, ClienTrekWeb interface and a fiscal module. 

 In addition to the software, our ClienTrek package includes a full featured demo system which can be used for training or testing, an on-line manual, a web site dedicated to this product, and a users group that meets quarterly to discuss methods,  enhancements, and other issues. 

Over the last 10 years ClienTrek has undergone constant refinement to meet the changing needs of the behavioral health industry and requirements for the State of Pennsylvania.   As the timeline below shows, along the way we have added more modules, more functionality and more clients.

 

 

 

 

 

The initial release of ClienTrek was written in an MS-DOS database called R:Base.  Currently, the database is Microsoft SQL Server 2000, and the modules are written in Visual Basic 6, VB.Net and ASP.Net.    We made a decision 6 years ago to use Microsoft products, and have not regretted it.  In 2004 we became a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor.  In early 2005 we became a Microsoft Certified Partner.

 In 2002 we started our ClienTrek Users Group.  Representatives for our current clients get together quarterly to talk about new options/modules they would like to see in ClienTrek, and also to discuss issues outside of our software.  These include such issues as changes from the state, dealing with providers, and day-to-day operations.
